Booking questions
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome but we recommend booking ahead for weekends and public holidays — some time slots fill early. For group bookings of 3+ people, please message us on WhatsApp 24 hours ahead.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are fully refunded. Within 24–48 hours, a 50% fee applies. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp.

What should I bring?
Nothing is required — we provide towels, robes, flip-flops and lockers. If you plan to use the pool, bring or purchase a swimsuit. The sauna day pass includes a herbal welcome tea and locker access.
Can I combine a massage with the thermal circuit?
Absolutely — this is the most popular combination. Book a sauna day pass plus a treatment of your choice. We recommend arriving 1 hour before your massage to enjoy the steam, sauna and cold plunge first.
